If you are on the board of a charter school, then you know that the State of Minnesota requires that every charter school board member complete department-approved training in a number of areas ranging from board governance to employment policies.

The Charter School Board Training program brings together all necessary components to fulfill the requirements mandated by the Minnesota Department of Education. Convene with charter school board members and become:
• More confident in your leadership skills
• Better equipped to build a healthy charter school board and face challenges as they arise
• Focused with an action plan and framework for growing and sustaining your board
• Renewed, excited, and ready to lead your charter school into the future
